This charming German girl is Simon and Halbig's 719. She has perfect bisque and her body has the all the original finish. Her antique clothing consists of a sweet dress with tassel trim, half slip, bloomers, stockings and oilcloth shoes. I believe that her wig is original. Layaway is always an option. Please contact me to discuss terms. Here are the details:
Head: Her bisque head is perfect with no cracks, chips, or hairlines. She has brown glass stationary eyes (original set) and an open mouth with teeth. She has long slanted eyelashes, flat (not molded) eyebrows, and finely accented lips. Her tosca-colored mohair wig appears to be original. She is marked: S (illegible size number) H 719 DEP. Signs of Wear: a couple of wig pulls near the rim. Factory Imperfections: common mold flaws behind the ears.
Body: Her body is in excellent aged condition with minimal wear. The finish is entirely original with no signs of repair or repainting.
Clothes: Except for her bonnet, I believe that all of her clothing is antique, and I love her dress. It is made of polished cotton, trimmed with braid, netting, and tassels. Underneath, she wears a half slip and bloomers. She has black stockings and black oilcloth tie shoes. Her beautiful bonnet is not antique but it looks great with her dress. It is tan striped silk with a double-wired brim, trimmed in lace and grosgrain ribbons.
