Our dolls and jewelry are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, or Express mail. Buyers are responsible for actual shipping and insurance costs. Full insurance is required on all parcels. Maine residents must pay state sales tax.
We charge actual shipping costs with no handling fee. Please feel free to contact us prior to purchase to discuss all of your available shipping options.
Domestic Customers: We accept personal checks, POSTAL money orders, or Paypal. All checks will be held until clear. Postal Money Orders and Paypal will ship immediately. Paypal addresses must be verified, and parcels will only be shipped to the verified address on the Paypal account.
International Customers: We accept Paypal (verified accounts), international POSTAL money orders payable in USD, or Bank Wire transfers. The full amount paid for the item will be declared on the customs form.
Unless otherwise agreed to in advance: if you choose to make payment via Paypal, the total payment including shipping costs is due within 3 days of purchase. Checks must be received within 7 days of purchase.

My items are unconditionally guaranteed, and they may be returned for any reason.
If an item is received damaged, please do not return it. Contact me and I will assist you with an insurance claim.
